With the widespread application of third-generation power semiconductor devices in power electronic systems. The switching frequency of the system is increasing, and the frequency of the working current is also increasing. The current loop is involved in system control, which requires the current sensor used for current detection to have fast frequency response and high bandwidth.


Sinomags has launched a new high-frequency response chip level STK-616ZM current sensor, which has a frequency response of 50ns and a bandwidth of -3dB at 2 MHz. The 1-MHz triangular wave delay is 50ns, and it adopts a smaller SOIC8 package. It supports a power supply voltage of 3.3V/5V, has a withstand isolation and voltage resistance of 2.4 kVrms, and supports a current range of up to 50A.


The high-frequency response chip level STK-616TM current sensor has a frequency response of 200ns and a bandwidth of -3dB at 1.5 MHz, with a delta wave delay of 200 ns at 1 MHz. The sensor adopts an open-loop design principle, uses a more stable SOIC16 package, supports two power supply schemes of 3.3V/5V, has a withstand isolation and voltage resistance of 3.6 kVrms, and supports a current range of up to 65A. Two products are used for AC and DC current detection in power electronic systems such as automobiles and industries. Adopting a fixed voltage output mode, there will be no significant changes due to fluctuations in the supply voltage. Thanks to Sinomags' continuous improvement in tunnel junction magnetoresistance technology, it can maintain extremely high accuracy throughout the entire temperature range.
